Welcome to valleypbs.org, the Web site of ValleyPBS.

The following rules govern the use of the ValleyPBS Web site. These rules apply to all materials, online communications and other information that is or becomes available on the Web site. By signing on and using valleypbs.org you specifically agree to abide by these rules and any future modifications.

Because we have no control over such sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that ValleyPBS is not responsible for the availability of external sites or resources. ValleyPBS is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products or other materials from such sites or resources. You also agree that ValleyPBS is not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused by such site or resource.

(4) Comments, Communications and Postings
Visitors to valleypbs.org may, in some instances, have the opportunity to post comments, questions, reviews, suggestions or other information on the site. These postings or communications are allowed so long as the content of the message is not illegal, obscene, defamatory, threatening, infringing of intellectual property rights, invasive of privacy, or otherwise objectionable. These postings may not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation or any form of "spam." You may not impersonate any person or use a false e-mail address. ValleyPBS reserves the right to remove or edit such content, but does not regularly review posted content. ValleyPBS reserves the right to use these postings and communications as ValleyPBS deems necessary.

Personal information collected by or on behalf of ValleyPBS via this website, text message, phone calls, or other means will not be shared or sold and will only be used for purposes of ValleyPBS.

(5) Protection Against Malicious Programming
ValleyPBS will make every effort to insure the safety of content posted to the Web site. However, downloading of software or other materials or any other use of the information on valleypbs.org is at your own risk.
